Customers

• We collect your name, contact details, delivery addresses, and order history
• Your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details are shared with the vendor and assigned courier to fulfill each order
• Optional location data is used only to help you discover nearby vendors

Vendors

• We collect your business name, contact details, business documents, payout information, and store content (products, images, descriptions, social handles)
• Your public store information, products, and any social handles you add are visible to customers and other site visitors
• Order information necessary to fulfill orders is shared with the customer and assigned courier
• We may use aggregated, non-identifying sales information to improve and promote the marketplace

Couriers

• We collect your name, contact details, identification and licensing documents, vehicle details, and delivery history
• While on active deliveries, your location and status may be shared with the customer and vendor for that order
• Your name and contact details are shared with the customer and vendor for orders you are assigned to
• Delivery performance data is used to operate, improve, and ensure the safety of the courier network

Your choices

• You can update or delete your account information at any time
• You can manage location permissions in your device settings
• You can opt out of non-essential communications
